In my quest for low power consumption and reduction in heat, I added 4 "Sensi-Bulbs" (2 by each berth) in the Catalina brass fixtures....and 5 or 6 Warm White LED clusters (from Dr. LED) in the ceiling lights at the end of both the port and starboard settees in the main salon as well as in the galley....
They work GREAT and look good..... They have VERY low power consumption, produce no extra heat into the cabin, and most of all, produce nice warm white light..... Easy to read by, etc....
